Junior Design Engineer

As a Junior Design Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers in a dynamic team environment. You will play a key role in project scheduling, root cause analysis, and system design, utilizing cutting-edge software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in developing innovative product and design concepts aligned with project and client requirements. - Prepare design layouts, 3D models, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant software. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative inputs for design improvement and new product development. - Collaborate with the sales team to understand project briefs and prepare design proposals and quotations. - Support mock-up development and presentation of design concepts to clients. - Ensure all design inputs are aligned with client expectations and budget parameters. - Prepare and finalize detailed production and working drawings for manufacturing and site execution. - Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of approved drawings. - Monitor design quality and assist in resolving design-related challenges during fabrication and installation stages. - Liaise with clients and architects to discuss design intent, material selections, and technical details. - Incorporate design feedback, revisions, and approvals efficiently into project documentation. - Maintain clear communication between design, production, and project teams to ensure smooth execution. - Maintain design documentation, revision records, and drawing logs systematically. - Support the team in ensuring all designs comply with company standards and safety norms. - Participate in site visits to ensure design accuracy and aesthetic consistency. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of design fundamentals, detailing, and material specifications. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an advantage. - Good coordination, communication, and multitasking skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. - Creative mindset with problem-solving aptitude.,
