Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Cook – Continental to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have hotel kitchen experience and a passion for continental cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking continental dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and follow food safety standards.
• Handle mise en place and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a reputed hotel.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for food and willingness to learn.
