Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Cook – Bakery to support our bakery team in preparing a variety of baked goods and desserts. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a hotel or bakery setup and a passion for baking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts
• Support the head baker in daily production and decoration work
• Measure and mix ingredients as per recipes
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
• Ensure proper storage of baking ingredients and finished products

Requirements:

• Experience in bakery operations (hotel or commercial bakery preferred)
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and tools
• Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
• Team-oriented and willing to learn new techniques

Education:

• Basic education preferred; certification in Bakery & Confectionery is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
