Role & responsibilities 1. Content Creation Write clear, engaging, and accurate content for various platforms including website, blogs, emailers, social media, and product descriptions. Assist in writing marketing and campaign copy across digital and print touchpoints. Support creation of video scripts, product catalogues, and brand collateral. 2. SEO-Focused Content Development Collaborate with SEO team to ensure all digital content is optimised for relevant keywords. Support the creation of meta titles, meta descriptions, and SEO-rich content for webpages. Stay updated with SEO best practices and implement them in writing. 3. Social Media Content Draft compelling post copies and captions aligned with the brands tone of voice. Assist in content calendar planning and execution. Support influencer collaboration copy and real-time engagement posts when required. 4. Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with design, digital, and product teams to align content with visual and brand requirements. Support in content requirements from sales, showroom, and product teams. Participate in internal review cycles and incorporate feedback promptly. 5. Website Content Management Write, upload, and update product and collection pages in coordination with the web team. Assist with audits and content corrections as per UI/UX suggestions. Ensure brand consistency and factual accuracy across all pages. 6. Research & Ideation Conduct topic research, competitor content benchmarking, and trend scanning. Contribute ideas for new formats and campaign storytelling. Support with content planning for festive, brand, or tactical campaigns. 7. Performance Tracking & Improvement Monitor content performance via engagement metrics, traffic data, and feedback. Learn from analytics and feedback to improve writing quality and impact. Skills & Competencies Required Any Graduate (Prefferebly from furniture Industry) Preferred candidate profile Strong command of English with a flair for storytelling. Understanding of SEO, digital platforms, and content trends. Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS). Detail-oriented with good communication and organisational skills. Willingness to learn, take feedback, and adapt to brand tone.
