Job Description

Record and document management: Organize, update, and maintain physical and digital files and records. Data entry: Enter information into databases and spreadsheets with accuracy. Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and draft official communications like memos and emails. Typing: Type letters, reports, and other documents accurately and efficiently. Office support: Assist colleagues and other departments with tasks, provide information to staff or customers, and help with general office duties like copying, faxing, and scanning.
