Junior Civil Engineer

You will be part of the Civil Lab team at ECO Paryavaran Group as a Fresher Civil Engineer, where you will play a vital role in conducting tests, analyzing materials, and ensuring quality and safety standards in civil engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting laboratory tests on construction materials such as soil, concrete, and aggregates. - Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation of test results. - Support senior engineers in preparing reports and technical documents. - Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures in all lab procedures. - Participate in research and development of innovative materials and testing techniques. - Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and achieve project goals. - Maintain lab equipment and inventory. - Assist in preparing samples and conducting routine tests as per project requirements. Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Civil Engineering (Freshers are encouraged to apply). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and standards is a plus (though not mandatory). - Good communication and documentation skills. - A keen interest in environmental sustainability and civil engineering.
