We are seeking a motivated Junior CAD Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to join our design and drafting team. You will work closely with our Australian-based clients, providing support in preparing, revising, and maintaining engineering and construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, modify, and update layout and construction drawings (including FC and AB drawings) based on project requirements.
• Interpret client specifications and ensure accuracy and compliance in all deliverables.
• Implement revisions and corrections as per QA auditors’ feedback and client comments.
• Collaborate with engineers, project leads, and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality drawing submissions.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of all drawings.
• Learn and apply international drafting standards, conventions, and procedures.
• Support team leads in identifying process improvements for drafting efficiency.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required).
• Good understanding of engineering drawings, layouts, and detailing.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining drawing accuracy.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools or standards.
• Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Willingness to work during Australian business hours.
