Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior BDE to support our business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle clients professionally, and proficiency in required languages. This role involves outbound calls, lead generation, client coordination, and supporting sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients.
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Generate leads, follow up, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Handle client queries and provide accurate information.
• Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups for the senior team.
• Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and conversions.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Coordinate with the business development and operations team as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support / BDE roles (Freshers welcome).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Language proficiency is a must (add languages: English, Malayalam, Hindi, etc.).
• Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales processes is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, stay organised, and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
