We are a German craft Bakery & Bistro from Stuttgart & St.Leon, based in Indiranagar, Bangalore. We have the mission to bring authentic German bread culture and delicious food to our beloved India.

With our senior Head Chef Anton Reissmueller (73) and our incredible team from all over India & the world, we are looking for:

Enthusiastic, motivated and interested Baristas & coffee enthusiast to join us on this journey.

We are a big family and are super thrilled to grow and expand our start up with you.

We believe in blending the best of both cultures and creating a productive, fair, safe & fun work environment for our Fam! We value you and take topics such as mental well-being, overtime compensations and growth - very much seriously and to heart.

Here is what you should bring to the table:

• A love for coffee & moderate knowledge on the beans :)
• Punctuality & honesty
• Eager to learn and expand knowledge
• Receptive to learn, be trained and to train others
• Decent knowledge of the art of coffee making & handling a professional semi-automatic espresso machine
• Sense of taking responsibility & being reliable
• Moderate knowledge in customer interaction
• Hard working
• Able to take up responsibilities and swiftly handle them
• Not afraid to voice out challenges or ask for support
• Interested in helping out in tasks around the counter with an open mind of us being a start-up!
• Being in for the long run with the intention to grow through us and with us, long term
• Someone seeking to be part of an international team and new learnings in your profession
