Role Description

The Junior Baker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Panaji. The Junior Baker will assist in daily food preparation, including baking bread, vienoisseries, and laminated pastries. Responsibilities include maintaining high-quality standards, following recipes, and ensuring the workplace is clean and organized. The Junior Baker will also collaborate with the team to meet production goals and uphold the values of the bakery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Bakery and comprehensive knowledge of Baking techniques
• Skills in Food Preparation for fresh pastries, cookies, and bread
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality baked goods
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet production targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a bakery or similar food production setting is beneficial
• Formal training in baking or culinary arts is a plus
