Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing study audit plan for BA/BE and Phase I studies in consultant with the Senior personnel.

• Conducting study audits (in-process audit and retrospective audits) of Clinical and Statistical Phases in consultant with the Senior personnel.

• Preparation & Issue of study audit reports (in process and retrospective audits) for Clinical and Statistical phases with the help and review of the Senior Personnel.

• Assisting to the Seniors for Compliance verification of study audit responses and closure of the audit reports.

• Review of Final/Draft study reports.

• Issuance of QA Authentication for Study.

• Assisting the auditors in conducting System Audits.

• Assisting the auditors in Vendor Audits.

• Assisting the auditors in Sponsor Audits.

• Assisting the auditors in Trend Analysis.

• Controlling and distribution of documents as and when required.

• Any other task assigned by the Auditor.
