Junior Associate - Process Excellence (Diagnostics & Healthcare)

You will be responsible for assisting with on-ground assessments of laboratories and blood banks, collecting and analyzing operational data, supporting layout planning, workflow mapping, and process documentation. Additionally, you will be preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards for customer engagements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams during efficiency improvement projects. Your role will also involve learning and applying concepts of Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management in healthcare. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with on-ground assessments of laboratories and blood banks - Collect and analyze operational data such as turnaround times, workflow, and utilization - Support layout planning, workflow mapping, and process documentation - Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for customer engagements - Coordinate with cross-functional teams during efficiency improvement projects - Learn and apply concepts of Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Management in healthcare Qualifications Required: - Post-graduate degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Laboratory Technology, or Healthcare Management (recent or pursuing) - Prior exposure (internship/coursework/work experience) in clinical laboratories, diagnostics, or healthcare operations is a plus - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage - Willingness to travel to customer sites as required,
