Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Associate, based in Chennai. The Junior Associate will be responsible for assisting in legal research, drafting and vetting of legal documents, attending court hearings, and providing support in various legal matters. The role requires close collaboration with senior associates and partners, and involves regular interaction with clients to address their legal needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution
• Legal Research, Drafting, and Vetting skills
• Strong understanding of Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Alternate Dispute Resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in Property Due Diligence, Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, ADR and Matrimonial Laws is a plus

Terms of Employment

• Shall be on-boarded as Probationary Junior Associate with Three Month Probation
• Stipend during Probation Priod shall be Rs. 10,000/- P.M. to Rs.15,000/- P.M. based on experience and skill set
• Upon Confirmation Salary shall be Rs. 15,000/- P.M. to Rs. 20,000/- P.M. based on performance review
• Office timings shall be from 9.00 am to 8.30 pm from Monday to Saturday. We work 6 days a week.
