Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Assistant at our campus in Coimbatore. The Junior Assistant will perform administrative and clerical tasks, maintain records and documents, coordinate with internal teams, and support faculty and staff in daily operations. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, assisting in event coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow within the office environment.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate with Good Communication Skills and Proficient in MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as documentation, record-keeping, and organizing schedules
• Any degree with experience in relevant field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore and effectively communicate in English
• Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is a plus
• Any Bachelor’s degree or a diploma in a relevant discipline
• Additional certifications in office administration are beneficial
