Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating architectural designs, drawings, and concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
• Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, elevations, and working drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software.
• Support the senior architect in preparing design presentations, BOQs, and detailed architectural documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
• Conduct site visits to understand project progress, ensure design compliance, and note any practical constraints.
• Assist in material selection, color schemes, and finish coordination as required by the project.
• Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Revise architectural drawings based on feedback from the senior architect or client.
• Maintain proper documentation related to drawings, design revisions, and approvals.
