Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect / Interior Designer with 2 to 3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the planning, design, and execution of architectural and interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing design concepts and space planning for architecture and interior projects.
• Prepare and revise architectural drawings, interior layouts, presentations, and construction documents using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
• Create mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) specifications.
• Conduct site visits to measure, document, and monitor ongoing work.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
• Support senior designers in client presentations and design meetings.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies.
• Help manage project timelines and assist in documentation for approvals and permits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or related field).
• 2–3 years of professional experience in architecture and/or interior design.
• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office. (Revit or 3D rendering software is a plus.)
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing.
• Good eye for design, proportion, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local building codes and standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• 3D rendering skills (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, etc.)
• Experience with site coordination and project execution.
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles or certifications (LEED, IGBC) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
