Job Description

Key Responsibilities Interpret and internalize the design vision shared by the principal architect Assist in translating design concepts into material and color palettes Research, source, and curate materials, finishes, and color samples aligned with the design concept Develop mood boards and material boards for client presentations and internal reviews Prepare design documentation, including finish schedules, specification sheets, and client briefing documents Assist in preparing technical documents that support execution and vendor communication Build and maintain a database of material and finish suppliers (laminates, surfaces, hardware, etc.) Coordinate sample collections and ensure updated catalogues are on file Prepare basic cost estimations for selected materials Track lead times for key material categories and flag long-lead items in advance Support the design and project teams in aligning material choices with site feasibility and execution needs About Company: Networkbay Retail work with some of the leading retailers and brands to deliver their store of the future.
