Junior Architect

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual looking to balance work with other commitments while contributing to a variety of exciting architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Collaborate with clients and team members to create and develop architectural designs that meet project requirements and client expectations.
• Concept Designs: Generating Hand sketches on concepts based on the requirements of the clients.
• Project Documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using various design software and tools.
• Site Analysis: Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure designs are practical and feasible.
• Coordination: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are accurately executed and adhere to project timelines.
• Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Client Interaction: Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in architectural design or a related field is a must.

Working Hours:

• Full Time Position with Flexible hours

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
