Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand their project requirements.
• Explain technical aspects of façade projects to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Interpret client needs and translate them into architectural drawings and solutions.
• Support in preparing and presenting façade design concepts.
• Handle client communication (calls, emails, meetings) and provide timely updates.
• Work closely with the design and execution teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and technical detailing.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of façade systems will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools preferred.
