As a fresher in the field, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced architects and designers, gaining valuable hands-on experience and contributing to exciting projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities: Assist senior architects in conceptualizing and developing design proposals for various projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and renderings using CAD software and other design tools. Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility. Collaborate with project teams to generate innovative design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives. Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance and best practices. Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts effectively. Support the project management process by assisting in documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to contribute fresh ideas and insights to the team. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D modeling tools (such as SketchUp or Revit). Strong visual and graphic communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas through drawings, diagrams, and presentations. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior staff. Eagerness to learn and a passion for architecture, design, and the built environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. A positive attitude, creativity, and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic and innovative design studio environment.
