Role: YouTube Marketing Specialist Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 1 Year Languages: English (Proficient), Kannada (Preferred) Salary: ₹5–7 LPA About the Role Design Thoughts Architects is seeking a YouTube Marketing Specialist to lead the development and growth of our YouTube channel. You'll be responsible for planning, producing, and optimizing video content that highlights our architectural work and brand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field 1+ year experience in YouTube marketing, digital content, or video production Proven experience in growing a YouTube audience Strong storytelling and video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) Familiarity with YouTube SEO, Analytics, and Studio tools Excellent communication and time management Preferred Skills Experience in architecture, interior, or real estate content Basic understanding of YouTube/Google Ads Skills in photography, drone footage, or motion graphics Portfolio showcasing managed YouTube channels Key Responsibilities Plan and manage a YouTube content calendar Create project showcases, behind-the-scenes content, and client stories Optimize videos for search and visibility Grow channel engagement and subscribers Monitor performance and report key metrics Work toward monetization goals Stay updated on trends and adapt content formats Coordinate with design and site teams for content Manage community engagement and basic ad campaigns What We Offer Opportunity to lead a channel from the ground up Creative autonomy Supportive, collaborative team environment Growth path in digital marketing Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹41,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Required) Work Location: In person
