Junior Architect

As a Junior Architect with a Diploma in Architecture, you will be joining our expanding design team in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Your role will involve supporting various architectural design and project development stages, allowing you to learn and grow within a collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to real projects, enhance your portfolio, and gain a comprehensive understanding of architectural practice. Your responsibilities will include understanding and contributing to ongoing design projects, preparing drawings, models, images, and documentation, as well as assisting in coordination and communication within the internal design team. You will be expected to take ownership of specific design and project development areas when required, liaise with external design teams, consultants, and clients, and ensure compliance with established architectural standards and procedures. Additionally, providing proactive support across all project phases will be crucial. To excel in this role, you must possess a Diploma in Architecture from a recognized institute and be legally authorized to work in India. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, while basic familiarity with Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design tools is desirable. Strong initiative, effective communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and within a team are key requirements. Moreover, a high level of professionalism, discretion, adaptability, resilience, and composure in deadline-driven environments are essential qualities. Having an understanding of architectural coordination and integration in project development, awareness of budgeting and project timelines, and experience or training in Revit, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will be advantageous. Demonstrating an interest in developing project management and leadership capabilities over time is also beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at our location in Bhubaneswar.,
