Junior Architect – Concept Kalari (Calicut & Bangalore)

Location: Calicut & Bangalore
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
Experience: 2+ years preferred; talented freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome

Concept Kalari is a young and creative architecture firm with studios in Calicut and Bangalore. We specialize in contemporary and context-sensitive design that blends innovation with cultural relevance. Our projects span residential, commercial, and interior design, with a strong focus on detail and visualization.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Architect who is passionate about design and eager to grow in a collaborative studio environment. The ideal candidate should be skilled in design development, drafting, and 3D visualization, with a good eye for aesthetics and practical detailing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in concept design, schematic design, and detailed working drawings.
• Develop 3D models and visualizations for client presentations.
• Coordinate with design and site teams for project execution.
• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentation materials.
• Contribute creative ideas and design inputs during project discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop (or equivalent design tools).
• Strong design sense and enthusiasm to learn and experiment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
