Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliation.
• Handle vendor payments, customer invoicing, credit/debit notes, and reconciliation of balances.
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF/ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist in cost accounting and inventory accounting related to raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
• Coordinate with banks for fund management, LC/BG documentation, and loan-related matters.
• Support in monthly/quarterly/annual financial closing and preparation of MIS reports.
• Liaise with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Monitor and reconcile job work, subcontracting, and production-related expenses.
• Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, invoices, and statutory records.
• Assist management in budgeting, cash flow planning, and cost control measures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M.Com/CA Inter preferred).
• 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/engineering/foundry industry.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / other ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Exposure to costing and inventory accounting in a factory environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
