Job Description

Role Overview: As an Accountant in Coimbatore, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records using Tally (preferably Tally Prime) and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including filing invoices and preparing detailed expense reports for management review. Additionally, you will assist with GST filing, TDS filing, invoice generation, and a variety of accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally (preferably Tally Prime). - Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. - Perform monthly expense tracking and reporting. - Prepare detailed expense reports for management review. - Generate both normal and E-invoices. - Assist with GST filing and TDS filing. - Support with a variety of accounting tasks. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel. - Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation aspects. - Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting. - Excellent communication skills, including email drafting and professional correspondence. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred). Additional Details: Candidates with prior experience in an auditor's office are highly preferred for this position.,
