Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maintain Zoho Books Records: Efficiently manage and update daily transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations using Zoho Books.
General Ledger Management: Ensure accurate and timely entries into the general ledger, maintaining records for all financial transactions.
Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, and ensure proper matching of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and supporting materials.
Inventory and Fixed Asset Management: Track and maintain inventory and fixed asset records within Zoho Books.
Vendor and Customer Management: Maintain accurate records of accounts

payable/receivable and handle any vendor/customer inquiries related to financial

transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our
finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, a proficiency in
Zoho Books, and the ability to contribute effectively to the financial operations of the
company.
If you have up to 2 years of experience in accounting with hands-on experience in ,maintaining Zoho Book records, we would love to hear from you!
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in B.Com or M.Com Computers or Accounting Or
MBA specializing in Finance/Accounting.
Up to 2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Experience working with Zoho Books will be preferred.
