We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with 1 - 2 years of experience in a trading or manufacturing company . The ideal candidate should understand basic accounting workflows (purchase, sales, GST, TDS) and be comfortable handling documentation, printing, scanning, and filing along with routine accounting tasks. Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting Support Enter purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries in Tally/ERP. Assist with basic GST input/output checks and TDS calculations . Prepare bank reconciliation , vendor/customer reconciliation. Maintain ledgers and support month-end closing documentation. 2. Documentation & Administrative Tasks Print, scan, and file invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and statements. Maintain systematic physical and digital records . Collect missing documents from vendors/customers when required. Support the accounts team during audits by organizing documentation. 3. Accounts Receivable Assistance Update customer payments. Track pending receivables and coordinate internally for follow-up. Assist in preparing debtor ageing. 4. Accounts Payable Assistance Process vendor invoices with required supporting documents. Help with vendor statement reconciliation. Maintain records related to advances, debit/credit notes, supplier follow-ups. 5. Learning & Exposure Exposure to import-related accounting (IGST, BOE, vendor reconciliation for imports). Opportunity to understand full AR/AP cycle in a chemical distribution setup. Must be curious and willing to ask questions instead of just doing entry work. Candidate Profile Experience: 1 - 2 years in trading or manufacturing (mandatory). Education: B.Com mandatory. Strong basic understanding of accounting processes. Familiarity with GST/TDS and reconciliations. Comfortable with printing, scanning, filing, and document management. Good communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail. Preferably from Western Suburbs.
