Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The candidate will assist in daily accounting tasks, help maintain financial records, and support the overall accounting operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in handling day-to-day accounting transactions (billing, invoicing, payments, etc.)
Maintain records of receipts, invoices, and ledgers
Prepare and process bank reconciliations
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Provide support during audits and financial reporting
Work with accounting software such as Tally, Excel, or any ERP systems
Coordinate with internal teams for accounting data and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, etc.)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Familiarity with Tally, MS Excel, and/or accounting ERP systems
Good analytical and numerical skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
