Junior Accounts Executive

In this role at Dimakh Consultants, you will be an essential team player with operational knowledge of Tally, Excel, bookkeeping, entries, balance sheet preparation, and banking. Your multitasking and time management skills, along with excellent oral and written communication abilities, will play a crucial role in your success. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining books of accounts and general ledger accounting - Handling day-to-day accounting transactions - Passing necessary voucher entries in Tally - Conducting bank reconciliations - Managing petty cash - Providing assistance to all company staff on accounting-related issues - Identifying, researching, and resolving discrepancies in transactions - Developing, testing, and implementing new applications and technologies - Testing, maintaining, and recommending software improvements - Ensuring strong functionality and optimization - Communicating effectively with management and technical support colleagues - Learning and adapting to rapidly changing trends in clerical work Qualifications required for this role: - Operational knowledge of Tally and Excel - Experience in bookkeeping and balance sheet preparation - Strong multitasking and time management skills - Excellent oral and written communication abilities - Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions - Willingness to learn and adapt to changing trends in clerical work,
