Junior Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accountant

Location: sector 37 pace city Gurgaon

Office Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)

Reporting To: Senior

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; ensure accurate journal entries and adjustments.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation of invoices and payments.
• Conduct Bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations..
• Maintain financial records and documentation for internal and external reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reports, etc.)
• Experience with Accounting.

Salary Range

₹18,000 –20,000k Negotiable as per industry standard (commensurate with experience and skill set)
