Junior Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support budgeting and auditing processes. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including sales, purchase, journal, and bank entries
• Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts, invoices, and other financial records
• Prepare and process GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation and liaise with banks for related work
• Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts
• Coordinate with internal departments for invoice processing and approvals
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Support auditors during audits by providing necessary documents and explanations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting tools
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Experience in handling inventory and stock accounting (if applicable)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
