Responsibilities for Accounts Clerk

• Financial transactions: Posting financial transactions, recording cash, checks, and vouchers, and processing invoices
• Financial reports: Preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, and checking for accuracy
• Reconciling: Reconciling accounts and reporting discrepancies
• Clerical duties: Answering phones, organizing mail, and ordering office supplies
• Teamwork: Working well in teams and understanding the importance of each role in the office
• Bookkeeping: Maintaining accounting records, including spreadsheets, and keeping up with other bookkeeping responsibilities
• Payroll: Being responsible for payroll
• Vendor accounts: Maintaining vendor accounts and processing procurement requests

Requirements

• Ability to clearly communicate, expressing requirements and expectations to a wide range of individuals
• Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language
• Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential
• Willingness to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and deadlines
• Basic computer skills, especially email, spreadsheets
• Cooperative and communicative attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹18,870.78 per month
