SAP ERP systems

Position 1: Junior Accountant US Accounting (Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform

  bookkeeping and reconciliations

  as per

  US GAAP

  .
• Manage

  Accounts Payable, Receivable

  , and

  GL entries

  for US-based clients.
• Work on

  QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite

  along with Excel.
• Support

  month-end and year-end closing

  , financial reporting, and documentation.
• Assist in preparing data for

  US tax filing and audits

  .
• Coordinate with international clients and internal teams for query resolution.
  

Requirements:

• Understanding of

  US Accounting principles

  and outsourced accounting process.
• Experience with US accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
  
• Excellent communication skills (English – written & verbal).
  
• Willingness to work in

  US time zone shifts

  , if required.
• Prior experience in international or CA firm setup preferred.

• Education:

  B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Semi-qualified CA

• Experience:

  0–2 years

  Position 2: Junior Accountant SAP (Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  day-to-day accounting entries

  using

  SAP ERP

  (preferably SAP FICO).
• Perform

  AP, AR, and GL accounting

  tasks.
• Assist in

  monthly/quarterly closings

  and financial reports.
• Maintain accounting records in SAP and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Work closely with senior accountants and auditors for reporting and compliance.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
  

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of

  SAP FICO

  or other SAP modules.
• Basic understanding of Indian accounting standards and reporting.
  
• Proficient in

  Excel

  and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
  
• Freshers with SAP training or certification are welcome to apply.
