About the Role: We are a reputed CA firm looking to expand our finance and accounting team with Junior Accountants for two specialized roles: Delhi Location: Focus on SAP Accounting Mumbai Location: Focus on US Accounting (Outsourced Accounting Services) This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to SAP ERP systems , international accounting standards , and work with global clients in a professional firm environment. Position 1: Junior Accountant US Accounting (Mumbai) Key Responsibilities: Perform bookkeeping and reconciliations as per US GAAP . Manage Accounts Payable, Receivable , and GL entries for US-based clients. Work on QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite along with Excel. Support month-end and year-end closing , financial reporting, and documentation. Assist in preparing data for US tax filing and audits . Coordinate with international clients and internal teams for query resolution. Requirements: Understanding of US Accounting principles and outsourced accounting process. Experience with US accounting tools (QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus. Excellent communication skills (English – written & verbal). Willingness to work in US time zone shifts , if required. Prior experience in international or CA firm setup preferred. General Requirements for Both Roles: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / Semi-qualified CA Experience: 0–2 years (Interns/Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply) Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment Position 2: Junior Accountant SAP (Delhi) Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting entries using SAP ERP (preferably SAP FICO). Perform AP, AR, and GL accounting tasks. Assist in monthly/quarterly closings and financial reports. Maintain accounting records in SAP and ensure data accuracy. Work closely with senior accountants and auditors for reporting and compliance. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to internal controls. Requirements: Working knowledge of SAP FICO or other SAP modules. Basic understanding of Indian accounting standards and reporting. Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Good communication and analytical skills. Freshers with SAP training or certification are welcome to apply.
