We are looking to hire a responsible and dedicated Site & Accounts Management Executive for our company. The candidate will be responsible for daily site operations, reporting, expense control, and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site work and ensure proper site-level management
Maintain daily site expenses and prepare site-wise P&L records
Track and maintain vehicle-wise daily average (mileage) for all company vehicles
Collect daily site reports from WhatsApp groups, take printouts, and submit them to senior staff for verification
After approval, enter verified data into Tally accurately
Maintain Excel sheets for:
Site-wise expenses
Vehicle-wise average and usage
Daily and monthly summaries
Coordinate between site staff and senior management
Ensure all records are updated on a daily basis without delay

Training:

7 days of complete training will be provided before assigning independent responsibility

Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Tally Prime
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to handle daily data, reports, and expenses
Basic understanding of site work and vehicle operations (preferred)
Honest, disciplined, and able to manage work independently
Willingness to visit sites when required

Experience:

Experience in site management / accounts / operations will be preferred
Freshers with good learning ability may also apply

Salary:

Salary will be discussed based on experience and skills
