Job Description

As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for supporting daily accounting operations with a detail-oriented and motivated approach. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recording and managing day-to-day financial transactions using Tally and Refrens. - Reconciling bank accounts and vendor ledgers regularly. - Preparing financial documents, statements, and MIS reports in Excel. - Supporting senior accountants with monthly closings, audits, and statutory filings. - Ensuring proper documentation and filing of all finance-related records. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. - Working knowledge of Tally ERP, Refrens, and MS Excel. - Experience in preparing financial documents, invoices, and reports. - Basic understanding of GST, TDS, VAT, and Excise compliance. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and organizational skills. - 02 years of experience (freshers with relevant internships can apply). In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to grow with a fast-growing craft brewery, gain hands-on exposure to brewery operations, financial management, and compliance, and be part of a friendly, collaborative work culture. Please note that this is a full-time position located primarily in Bhiwandi, with occasional visits to Fort & Thane.,
