Junior Accountant in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
• Maintain accurate financial accounts and support auditing processes.
• Prepare and record accounts, tax entries, and financial statements.
• Handle bank accounts, including reconciliations and fund management.
• Coordinate and interact with vendors and customers for payments and account updates.
• Perform payment follow-ups to ensure timely collection of dues
• Prepare vouchers and maintain supporting documentation.
• Verify and process vendor bills for payment approval.
• Maintain organized records of payments made to vendors and employees.
• File and manage all financial and accounting documents systematically.
