Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure efficient invoice generation and processing, excellent customer service, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating invoices based on provided data with a focus on accuracy and completeness. - Processing invoices and credit memos in a timely manner. - Verifying the accuracy of billing information, including customer details, products/services provided, and pricing. - Resolving billing disputes and discrepancies professionally and promptly. - Providing outstanding customer service and fostering positive customer relationships. - Ensuring compliance with company billing policies and procedures. - Assisting in generating billing reports for management. - Maintaining confidentiality of customer and billing information. To qualify for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proficiency in basic computer skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The company offers benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule includes evening, night, and rotational shifts with a yearly bonus. The duty timings are shift-wise from 3.00 AM to 12.00 PM and 1.00 PM to 9.00 PM. Please note that male candidates are preferred for this position.
