Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books and Tally ERP.
  • Record journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and maintain general ledgers.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and manage input tax reconciliation.
  • Deduct, calculate, and file TDS returns as per statutory deadlines.
  • Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly MIS reports, balance sheet schedules, and trial balance reviews.
  • Assist in finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax laws.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and auditors for financial queries and clarifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
