Junior Accountant – Home Blend Coffee Roasters

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our specialty coffee company, Home Blend Coffee Roasters. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage day-to-day accounting and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders and understand their requirements.
• Prepare and issue quotes & invoices on Zoho Books.
• Handle inventory accounting by creating assemblies for the production team.
• Coordinate dispatches via porter, courier, and transport, including generating e-way bills and tracking deliveries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and match transactions.
• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and manage account recovery.
• Support other accounting and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books (preferred, not mandatory).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate between teams and customers efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
