Junior Account Executive for East Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately inputting financial transactions and maintaining ledgers.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing vendor invoices, issuing client invoices, and managing payments.
• Bank & Account Reconciliations: Matching bank statements with internal records and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Journal Entries: Preparing and posting adjusting journal entries.
• Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements and reports.
• Payroll: Administering and processing employee payroll.
• Audit Support: Helping senior staff with internal and external audits.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero), MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), and understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, problem-solving, organization, communication, and ability to work in a team.

Typical Work Environment:

• Entry-level role, working under the guidance of senior accountants or managers.
