Junior 3D Artist

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling & Texturing:

  Create stylized or realistic props, environments, and basic characters.

• Scene Assembly:

  Set up environments in Blender/Maya, including layout, basic lighting, and camera placement.

• Optimization:

  Learn to manage poly-counts and file sizes to ensure fast render times (essential for YouTube).

• Asset Management:

  Maintain and organize our library of 3D assets to speed up future episodes.

• Rendering & Post-Processing:

  Assist in rendering scenes and doing basic compositing in After Effects or Premiere Pro.

• Learning & Adaptation:

  Take direction from the Lead Artist and adapt your style to match the channel’s visual identity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Software:

  Proficiency in

  Blender

  (Cycles/Eevee) is highly preferred. Knowledge of Maya or 3ds Max is a plus.

• Foundations:

  Good understanding of UV unwrapping, PBR texturing, and basic lighting.

• Efficiency:

  Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines.

• Portfolio:

  A link to a

  portfolio or demo reel

  (ArtStation, Google Drive, or YouTube) is mandatory. We want to see your personal projects!
