Key Responsibilities 3D Modeling & Texturing: Create stylized or realistic props, environments, and basic characters. Scene Assembly: Set up environments in Blender/Maya, including layout, basic lighting, and camera placement. Optimization: Learn to manage poly-counts and file sizes to ensure fast render times (essential for YouTube). Asset Management: Maintain and organize our library of 3D assets to speed up future episodes. Rendering & Post-Processing: Assist in rendering scenes and doing basic compositing in After Effects or Premiere Pro. Learning & Adaptation: Take direction from the Lead Artist and adapt your style to match the channel’s visual identity. Required Skills & Qualifications Software: Proficiency in Blender (Cycles/Eevee) is highly preferred. Knowledge of Maya or 3ds Max is a plus. Foundations: Good understanding of UV unwrapping, PBR texturing, and basic lighting. Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines.
