Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Junior Architect. The Junior Architect will assist in the design, planning, and development of architectural projects. Responsibilities include creating architectural drawings, collaborating with team members, working closely with clients, and ensuring projects comply with building codes and regulations. The role also involves supporting project management tasks and maintaining effective integration with construction teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar platforms
• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience with Software Development and system Integration as applicable to architectural projects
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with BIM processes and sustainable design practices is a plus
