Role Overview: You will be responsible for interacting with customers to address their issues and provide them with necessary information. Your role will involve understanding business processes, solving problems, and building rapport with customers. Key Responsibilities: - Grasp and understand the business process - Prepare by gathering necessary information before customer interactions - Be professional by dressing well, arriving on time, and showing respect - Communicate clearly with customers - Solve problems and address any issues or questions customers may have - Be knowledgeable about products or services to provide useful information - Build rapport by being friendly and showing genuine interest in customer needs - Follow up by recapping discussions, outlining next steps, and checking back if needed Qualifications Required: - Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written) with a good attitude - Ability to grasp and understand business processes - Analytical and logical skills Additional Details: This role may involve manual testing and the job types available are Full-time, Permanent, and Fresher. The benefits include Provident Fund, and the work schedule is in the day shift at an in-person work location.
