As a Junior Software Developer, your main responsibility will be to maintain Python development tickets in the Desk tool and escalate tickets to the functional/technical team when necessary. It is crucial to provide a high level of service to customers, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs for response and restoration times. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining solution and application documentation to the highest quality, providing assistance to team members as needed, and demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of SQL, Python, and coding is considered a plus.
