Role Overview: As a Jr. Software Developer, your main responsibilities will include Python development tasks, maintaining tickets in the Desk tool, escalating tickets to the functional/technical team when necessary, providing high-quality service to customers within strict SLAs, ensuring the accuracy and quality of solution and application documentation, offering assistance and support to team members, demonstrating excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, working effectively both independently and as part of a team, and possessing good written and spoken English skills. It would be beneficial to have knowledge of SQL, Python, and coding.
