Jr. QA Analyst

As a Quality Analyst (QA) at our growing MSME IT company specializing in HRMS solutions, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality of our products and processes meet or exceed established standards. Your role will involve a diverse range of tasks aimed at enhancing overall quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with regulatory standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated) based on product requirements - Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs - Perform regression, integration, system, smoke, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Work closely with development, product, and support teams to ensure software quality - Participate in meetings and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives - Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases - Develop and maintain Selenium WebDriver (Java) automation scripts for web applications - Perform manual functional, regression, UI/UX, and compatibility testing on web and mobile applications - Provide feedback on usability, performance, and user experience - Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 2-5 years of proven experience as a QA Analyst, preferably in HRMS, ERP, or SaaS-based applications - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience with manual testing and familiarity with automation frameworks - Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and documentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment Our mission is to simplify and digitize HR processes for small to mid-sized enterprises.
