Jr. Purchase Engineer/Executive

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee - QC at Thomas & Brian, your primary responsibilities will include following up with vendors for quotations, collecting and comparing quotations, interacting with suppliers to obtain vital details, floating inquiries to various vendors, ensuring vendors meet quality standards and specifications, generating product codes and purchase orders in ERP, checking and complying with purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and appropriate test certificates, coordinating with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or rejections, and maintaining the supplier database and purchase records. Key Responsibilities: - Follow up with vendors for quotations - Collect and compare quotations to place orders - Interact with suppliers to obtain vital details - Float inquiries to various vendors for quotations - Ensure vendors meet quality standards and specifications - Generate product codes and purchase orders in ERP - Check and comply with purchase orders - Ensure timely deliveries and appropriate test certificates - Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies or rejections - Maintain supplier database and purchase records Qualification Required: - Mechanical Engineers (diploma / Btech) or Graduate in BMS/BCOM will be given more priority - Fresher or 1 year experience in Purchase department in any manufacturing firm - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel),
