Jr. Production Supervisor

As a Jr. Production Supervisor at Accusion Engineering Pvt Ltd, located in Velu, Pune, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the tool room and production line, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards in batch quantity production. Your role will require strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in production supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise tool room operations, including development, maintenance, and storage. - Plan and monitor production schedules based on batch orders. - Coordinate with design, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow. - Ensure availability of required jigs, fixtures, and tooling for production. - Train and manage tool room and production team members. - Uphold safety protocols and standard operating procedures at all times. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a tool room or production setting. - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/ITI preferred.
